Shipping Cost

Irrespective of the order value, size or location, we offer Free Shipping on all orders. However, we also offer Tracked Shipping at US $5.99.

 

Dispatch and Delivery Time

Once the order is placed, it is dispatched within 24-48 hours. In case of a public holiday or the weekend, the order will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Most orders are delivered within 3-10 business days within USA. Delivery outside USA takes 10-15 business days.

Please Note: In case of the incorrect or incomplete address provided, we will not be able to refund or reship the order. However, if you do not receive your order within 28 business days of shipping, we will offer a refund or a reship.

Please be informed that it may take up to 3 days for tracking numbers to be reflected in our tracking system.

Returns

As per our ‘No Questions Asked’ return policy, we accept returns of all unopened products. Please contact our customer care team on 1-800-986-6350 or send an email at contact@OurPetWarehouse.com in case you want to return the product. Our Returns Team will assist you in the return procedure.

For Returns procedure, you need to contact us within 7 days of the order delivery.

 

We request you to contact us in case the original shipment arrives after we have reshipped or refunded your order and we will offer a discount so that you can keep the product by paying the discounted amount.

In case you’d like to return the latter shipment, please contact our customer service team within two days. If you fail to return the original shipment received within two days, you will automatically be charged for the same.

 

Refund

According to our 100% customer satisfaction policy, if you are not satisfied with the order, we will issue a full refund once the product is returned. We will issue a refund as soon as our Returns Team confirms receipt of your returned order.

Refund will be made in the original payment method and will reflect in your account within 3-5 working days.
